The service is a little long, but the products are of good quality and the prices are fair.

There were 5 staffs at Greggs and they let 1 trainee on a till with 20 people waiting in a queue. The rest of the staff were acting busy and seem like they were working on the same thing despite the fact that the whole queue was waiting. I waited 20 mins until my turn but there were only 2 customers in front of me. Absolutely terrible staff arrangement and all the staff ignored the presence of a long queue. I was there at 16:25pm, got my food at 16:45.

i am a regular greggs customer but this review is not for greggs its for the person working there HARK on this store .He was being soo rude not welcoming . Morning coffee should be served with a smile not staring at someone with agression like having something personal. I personally recommened to give him some extra training before letting him to serve customers . He spoiled my whole day.

Service provided by the staff was very good & very helpful and friendly and quick. Great selection of products in stock to choose from. "Love their sausage rolls and jammie Doughnuts".
Also their Cheese & ? Ham Toasties are still warm after 30 minutes after buying them.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair ??, or Rollater to get in and out with no problems

10:30 in the morning and the outside area was filthy. We had to wipe down food from the tables and chairs just to take a seat. It looked like it had not been cleaned from the day before, and definitely can?t have been swept. Yet signs up saying don?t feed the birds. The table I have photographed has been vacated for around 25/30 minutes and staff member has been walking past ignoring it.
Lady on the till was lovely and friendly though.

i'm a scouser and on sat 9th, i decided to go down to bracknell for greggs. the place is super warm, nice and comforting but what made it really stand out was the girl that served me - tori. she was dead nice, kind and seemed kindhearted. what amazed me more was the fact that she was a trainee - with the way tori served me, you would've thought she's been there for time! i recommend the sausage rolls as well! nice atmosphere, i suggest coming here soon and if you're lucky, you'd be served by some really nice people

Food is reasonably priced, steak bake had more gravy than it had any meat parts. Very poor.
