“A positive post on Customer Service:On Wednesday I was taken seriously ill on Wednesday morning at work, which caused me to collapse, unfortunately I broke my glasses beyond repair. I was released from Hospital late last night, so was able to go into town this morning to Vision Express to try and see if they could help me. I was greeted by such a lovely young man named Luke, who went above and beyond to help me, he was very disappointed that he didn't have anyone in their Lab today due to the holidays, he arranged for me to go to Windsor to get an emergency set made, which I did they too were extremely helpful, Luke has also arranged for my new set of varifocals to be made ASAP ? It was such a nice experience, he was very caring and attentive as I am still feeling quite poorly , I will be writing to Head Office to express my gratitude for Lukes help, if this is your Son I am writing about, you have raised a lovely young Man and I would be honoured to call him my Son, and Luke if you are reading this, thankyou from the bottom of my heart for helping me at such short notice.
