i bought a necklace.i'm supposed to the next to be served, but the senior staff decided to served the other 2 customer who arrived after me(maybe i'm just wearing a rip shorts and not a good t-shirt).i felt its a bad customer service, but the younger staff is helpful tho.

Went to get a link put in my watch which i bought from the store,she asked for proof of purchase,i said our details will be on your system as it was bought from you,she had an attitude with me ,so i walked out,wont be buying from there again,ps i paid £700 for the watch

Dishonest with no customer care. I wanted a watch battery changed and they charged me £350 for a service that was compulsory to get it back, the battery lasted 3 months and no one cared, fixed it or apologised for ripping me off for a service that wasn't done....discovered when the battery was changed again. Crooks would be a good description. Avoid.

Staff are so helpful and friendly! Even checked our ring sizes when they came in and changed my now husbands band up a size. Highly recommend!

Went into Bracknell to look for a wedding ring. All the staff in other jewellers were very helpful . Although I had in mind what I wanted Tom
was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me some rings to compliment my engagement ring. I ended up buying a ring that I hadn?t even thought about before but I love it.
Super customer service, not pushy, smart attire and very professional.

After a defect was noted with my engagement ring I sought out the assistance of the Bracknell store and customer services, Kimberly and Cheryl at the Bracknell branch and Judith at customer services were exceptional and I was very happy with the standard of care provided.

I was in Bracknell shop a few moments when a lovely lady vindi came over & asked me do I need any help, I did as I brought a pair of gold earrings in January & they were a little lose to clip together as they were hoop earrings, she said she?d ask her manager, Kelly the manager came over & said she would be able to fix them so they are tighter to clip together,Got offered a seat & we sat down only for a couple of minutes, the manager came back with my earrings & they were a lot tighter. Thank you ladies for being very polite & efficient in serving us.

Went in to ask about watches for my wife. Manageress said, 'look in the window' I then remembered that we'd encountered this absolute charmer years before in the old Princess Square store and complained about her to her then manager. So, we went to Beaverbrooks where they were only to happy to help, and we bought the watch. Avoided Ernest Jones for about 12 years because of this charmer, guess what, we will avoid forever more. Customer service skills should be key to a customer facing role.

Perhaps not applicable specifically to the Bracknell Branch, who were nice enough.More applicable to anyone who is thinking of using their re-plating services.Had a white gold engagement ring re-plated with these guys at the end of 2022, they checked it out and sent it away to their workshops. Took them several weeks and cost about £80. Within about 4 months literally all of the plating had worn off the underside of the ring. I wear it sparingly, and take it off to go to work/ cleaning/ cooking so it isn't due to me being heavy handed. I just assumed that this was an annoying this I would have to deal with, having never had a white gold ring before. However, it was a stark contrast I went to get the ring re-plated at Thomas William Jewelry in Wokingham back in June 2023 and they were absolutely shocked that I had had it re-plated so recently, because it was clearly a very thin layer they had put on for it to already be in such a state. They told me that decent plating would last for a good few years. I have to say, it's been five months since I had it re-plated and it's still looking absolutely perfect. It was also a little bit cheaper than EJ.I won't be going to Ernest Jones again, it would appear they're charging high end prices for low quality products.
