Customer service is awful. They delivered the wrong meat pizza, and when I called the restaurant immediately, their response was rude. Eventually, they agreed to a refund. However, it has been almost two weeks now, and no refund has been made. I tried to call them twice now, but they keep ignoring my requests, saying they are busy and asking me to visit the restaurant. Absolutely very poor customer service.

There is a manager called David, a real boy attitude, that is absolutely rude and bored towards his guests.
I tried to order over the phone, could not get the offer of week days large pizza for £12.
I went into store, the staff who makes pizza have no idea of what they are selling, don?t know their products.
But the manager, David, tells me I was rude towards his colleagues , when all I said was, with all the due respect, your colleagues don?t know what they?re doing regarding the products they?re selling or talking to customers.
I asked about two different pizza in one (half, half) and he says the opposite of his colleague over the phone. I showed him I called earlier and he just did not even care and kept saying I was rude and turned his back. I asked him if he thought that was right, he just said yes and that?s it.
Now if I was the owner of this place, this guy would NEVER work for my company or restaurant again, he makes them loose money!

My first order from Domino in Bracknell, wanted to try something different, it is quite hard to get to me therefore I have put as much information as possible in this small box with directions, driver could not find it, that's the problem when people are using google maps and not official gov maps, driver parked around 500 yards from my house, could see on the map, called me and was saying he is waiting at my house, been trying to tell him to ride down and second on the left but I was told "there is something wrong with me", nice first experience with Domino, unfortunately for them my last one with them, not paying my hard earned money to listen such language, cancelled the order, person from Bracknell office was not nice either, thought they could tell the driver where to go but that person was same rude as a driver, not trying to resolve the situation at all, I said " if driver cannot move and deliver will have to cancel" and dropped phone down half of my speech....few minutes later received an email to tip a driver???? for what for telling me that there is something wrong with me? drivers name Lucas as per message from Domino, lucky for me I have paid with credit card so will cancel this payment straight away as this is utterly bad service

It?s astonishing how late they stay open I was genuinely surprised. Despite a lot of complications that?s no faults of their own they still served me well.
I live quite far from the store but they still serve my area, even finding my address which is never accurate on Google maps (I don?t know how to fix that) my toppings weren?t all correct however the fact they still served me so late I?m grateful for.

Absolutely great staff, love them to bits. Went in 20 mins after closing, and was politely turned away by the staff, however after mentioning all I wanted was cookies, he was happy to make them for me! Made my night.

Hardly any cheese on the pizza at all ? would not sort the problem out referring me to Head Office

Please stay away. They want to rip your money off and don?t give any quality. The worst Dominos I have ever seen. Especially after 11:30 PM they try to play cheap games.That too a burnt pizza

This shop needs to close down. They purposely dont make your pizza well when you order after 11:30 PM, knowing that you wont get a refund from Justeats (its their app settings not to offer you refund)Yesterday orderd from dominos after 11:30 pm and called them up for some changes they said why do you want to order at night, that too with a rude tone.

According the app it is delivered, but the food is nowhere. Called the restaurant, they said 2-3 minutes. It?s a joke!
