Normally 2 really friendly women are serving and they always seem polite. However today, a guy called Nikolai(sp) was serving and he had the rudest attitude. He literally looked me up and down as if I'd said something ridiculous when making an order of 2 drinks and huffed as if I was an inconvenience. Won't bother to pay for a drink as a treat if I'm going to come away feeling like I've done something wrong.

Always having a big pleasure to come to this Costa to enjoy my coffee in a very clean and friendly place. Staff are amazing, always helpful and hard working, especially I want to say a big Thank you to Monika, Nadia, Despina and Matt, with perfect skills of a really barista, Well done everyone!!

I am regular coustmer and today I order 1 espresso I found it cold so I back to them and complian she answer in bad way ,and I paid the price again to get another one , her reply was roud.

During 2023 I have counted at least 14 times that the Barista Coffee Machine is not working, therefore you are actually unable to purchase coffee in a coffee shop...lol (It's not a joke either) now when the coffee machine does down, expect repairs to take between 2-4 day's. So you're choice is hot chocolate or tea, the money this place has lost must be absolutely immense. The staff are lovely and this branch seems to get busier the more I visit. Sadly it cannot be guaranteed you'll get a coffee, luckily Tesco now have a Costa Express machine inside the store so there's always that, but be warned Tesco staff are not keeping it maintained or stocked up.

I popped in this afternoon for small white americano to take away and asked for hot milk but she put so little which spoiled my coffee taste.

Went in to grab a hot chocolate. Served by a very bubbly and happy barista who took my order and made my drink. Was in and out within about 3 minutes. Thank you very much. I will definitely go back to this outlet in the future.

I was in there just after 7am and there was an unusually long queue with me being number 6 at the back. I have to say the service was excellent and quick. There was one barista who was obviously not working that day but she still jumped in to help out. Great work from team this morning... thank you

The food, drinks and services are typical Costa standard, staff are very friendly and welcoming ? when I accompany my wife to Tesco of Martins Herons, this is always been my hangout.

Not a the biggest but certainly not the smallest Costa I've been in, it can get pretty busy at times with long queues. But you can't go wrong with a reward after doing the shopping especially with the Christmas selection on offer now?
