Worker 1 dealing with amazon collections says system to sign out items to me is down and come back tomorrow (not in the area, so of no use to me), another worker (2) on walking past reveals that a responsible person should be called, worker 1 says she's not answer g, worker 2 asks me to come back in about 1 hour.
Worker 1 needs more training in customer service.

I called the other night to check if they had something in stock, they didn?t answer but called back within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service and always cheerful. The manager or gentleman there is epic
