I have been a loyal Clarks customer for the past 19 years. All my and my children's shoes are Clarks. Unfortunately after today's experience I will not be shopping at Clarks again. Clarks charges quite a lot for their product but refus to print a receipt. So if you dont provide an email you wont get a receipt. As I couldn't get a prove of purchase I asked to get my money back which took nearly 15 minutes. Jane (staff member) needs a customer service training. I could not be more disappointed!

Atrocious experience today at this Clarks Bracknell store. The store manager Jane has single handedly tarnished the long standing name of Clarks, with her utter refusal to positively engage in discussion around what reasonable wear on a shoe is classed as. Apparently my son wearing g his school shoes for 57 school days, and wearing holes in the heal is reasonable in her mind. Total refusal to acknowledge that the soles of the Clarks shoes have been made to a poor standard to not even last 3 full months since being bought. She even suggested that my son obviously does not walk normally as the wear pattern on the shoes was "not normal". So how is wear on a heal not normal??? Where else does a shoe sole wear out if not on the heal and front ball area? She even walked away after refusing g to explain what reasonable wear for 2.5 months should look like, leaving her young colleague to have to apologise! Terrible.

My sons clarks shoes failed within 3 months. Went in with proof of Purchase. Woman refused to exchange them or return them. Said it was my child's fault. Went to another Clarks store and exchanged them within 5 minutes. Wouldn't return to this store or recommend it.

I visited the Bracknell store on Wednesday with my two daughters, one of which was getting her first pair of school shoes, Kieran the store assistant could not of been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and i felt he made the whole experience seamless! Thank you

Echo others about the rudeness of staff. I think it's just one person, the manager. We went in, no acknowledgement, 3 staff members not serving but chatting, went over and asked to measure our children's feet and got a rude response of "we'll serve you when we can". No hi, no politeness, nothing. She then went off. The other two members of staff were told to tidy up whilst we just sat there waiting.
The other staff members were delightful though so credit to them for having to put up with that witch all day.
The store was clean but there was very little on display.

I was really impressed with the customer service from Grace W. She was really helpful and came across as very experienced for her age. She was naturally good with children and knowledgable regarding the fit of the shoes. Best service we?ve had at any Clarks and we have been customers for over 10 years. Thank you Grace, one happy mum.

If you have to ring Clarks on 485995 which is the Bracknell number you better allow a lot of time; I am waiting now for someone to answer for the 4th time this afternoon. I tried mid-morning without success. I am a customer. Each time the phone rings for 6 minutes then a voice tells that someone has hung up.
