You get everything electronics second hand at very reasonable prices. The staff are wonderful in the Bracknell branch. I would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and efficient. They know their stuff!!! Quite a regular visitor here, and never had a bad experience, unlike some other branches. Recommended

Most games at a higher price than what you can find brand new. Used items are tatty in some cases.

Cex of Bracknell deal in second hand ? c'ds, cassettes, videos ?, mobile phones, where they will trade them in for you. Also they will repair it for you. Also they stock various types of music and books ?

The fact you cannot contact a human being over the phone directly in the store just makes issues harder to deal with. Not everyone wants to contact you over social media where it gets blatantly ignored. ALLOW US TO CALL THE STORES DIRECTLY.

Good selection of products, consoles, games and dvds. Friendly staff there to help and explain how it all works. It's a great sustainable way to recycle your old tech instead of leaving it in a draw.

Waited in a long queue only to reach the front and to be told I couldn't be served because they were too busy. The server was rude and abrupt with me. He told me not to try and trade at the weekend because that's when everyone else does. He wouldn't accept my items and I definitely will not be trying again die to rudeness
