Such a shame Bullbrook was the best Pharmacy locally not anymore. Shelves mostly empty (except sweets), essential common medication/antibiotics are always out of stock they use the excuse items are ordered come back in a few days. Everything here is snail speed, a simple prescription takes 45 minutes or several days, the lady behind the till is rude and reminds me of a doctors receptionist. Shelves mostly empty from what I can gather they've cut back with staff. The place is a mess and needs urgent action.

Very bad experience. No management, unorganised place with incompetent staff. You are queuing up for hrs to be told that you can not have your medication on the day as there are too many people in front of you. Cannot organised 5 people to check the system for approved prescriptions, print them, and get it prepared. Left them after nearly 3 years, they can not handle patients, only need a handful of them, that could be probably manageable for them.

If you can, go to other pharmacies. They sell expired products and will not give you a refund. It is concerning that a pharmacy is selling expired products- check the expire date when you get your medication from them. I bought heat patches that expired in May 2022. Today?s it?s 09 November 2023.

Always a huge queue of people and the staff never seem to be doing very much. Would recommend avoiding if possible.

I'm giving 5 stars to one person gaynor who works here she literally runs around going out of her way to help everyone ...without her the chemist is unorganised chaos sorry ...gaynor does it all amazing worker xxx

Have just been to Bullbrook pharmacy to collect my wife's heart tablets and my son's epilepsy tablets to be told to come back tomorrow as pharmacist needs to leave for an emergencyWhat I find more annoying is that they can't give out prescriptions that have already been made and checked until tomorrow but can give junkies methadone and whatever else they needIf you need tablets to help keep you alive that's not important so I think methadone is obviously the way forward as you will get served terrible way to treat people that genuinely need tablets for health conditions

This pharmacy is like a factory operation and has always been like this even with the old owners. You can be the only customer in there and still wait on average 10 minutes, although the service in-store is exceptionally slow they have about 7 staff working who are completely snowed under. I'm not sure if they have contracts locally to make them so busy, overall the service is polite and the staff seem happy even though a little over-worked. Maybe it would be an idea for the owners to have a Pharmacists starting work much earlier to try and catch up when the store is closed to customers and get ahead with prescriptions which will ease the pressure during opening hours without distractions. Also air-conditioning is urgently required, the store is like a green-house and if you make customers wait on average 10 minutes at least make us wait in comfort not dripping with sweat.

It took them almost a whole year to get my prescriptions correct. They are supposed to deliver my medications, but I never received any through my door. Due to my Parkinson's, I have to rely on someone to help me. On my good days when I'm able to get there myself, I've been abused by the young girl with dark hair and glasses who works there. She accused me of lying and sent me away with no medication.I have had to call 111 to my medication.The Bullbrook Pharmacy is not fit for purpose.

Absolute chaos. No rules, promised 5 mins turned into 30. When politely challenged, referring to the crowed in the pharmacy. Crowd = 4 people, lol.
