Shocking stay clear. No meds told to come bk in a couple days erm can't there heart medication. She just shrugged and walked of never custed someone of in that role ever. To mot gibe any options or advice is appalling. Shame on u boots

My husband was gone nearly 2 hours, yep you heard right and the attitude was unreal and my son pointed out our meds sitting there ,and the woman walked along at a snail's pace stareing us all down it had been sitting all that time ,my god don't just don't life's too short discusting

The road was disrupted due to the workroad.
The optician refused to see me.

Most of time having wait 25 + mins for them to make it or say not instock items you need even when put prescription in 2 days before saying you put prescription in after 3pm day before

Absolute waste of time. Three members of staff in the store with no queue and still waited 10 minutes to even speak to me. When asked to speak to the pharmacist, was told they were busy and would have to wait. 15 minutes later no acknowledgement so left.

Staff are always helpful, but they tend to close without warning over lunch so you can not reliably get prescriptions

Waited in the queue outside the shop for over 30 mins. Listening to the conversations it appears the limited staff (1 person)were also struggling and very slow. I will not be using this store again.

Awful pharmacy. It?s almost like they try to be slow. There can be no queue and you can still wait for 30-45 minutes. If you?re going here, allow yourself an hour at least. Shelves are also dirty with stock that looks like it hasn?t been changed for months. Staff slow and unapologetic.
