“Nice store, helpful staff, but it was really annoying that the books weren't in any kind of order other than grouped by genre, so trying to find everything by specific author was impossible. Even the staff member we spoke to couldn't find a couple of the books they said they had in stock because the shelves are so chaotic. For that reason, I dropped 1 star. However, if you like the randomness and stumbling across odd books here and there, I imagine this would be a great experience.”

“The staff are very attentive and are always doing something, whether it's cleaning the store, on the tills, setting up stock, or helping old ladies find what they want.Very fast at doing the lotto, getting through the queues and has a wide range of stationary and back to school items.”
