Had my new tyres fitted last week. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I wasn't kept waiting at all and they had the tyres on really quickly. Reception area is super clean and nice to sit in and wait, with great music coming from the garage! Thank you. I'll be back again!

The whole process from ordering to fitting was very easy and professional. Liam at the Aldershot branch was very polite and informative. He took the time to answer my questions with clear answers. The fitter dealt with my tyre purchase and at all times I felt it was in good hands. In today?s climate it was good to see such good customer service . I would highly recommend ATS Aldershot and will definitely use them in the future.

Took my car here for it's MOT first time using this garage and I'd certainly use them again, Jim who booked my car in was professional and also had a good chat whilst I was waiting for my car to be done.I'd certainly take my car here if it needed any work in the future.

One of the worst customer exerience I have ever had in this country. I had booked in for a service and brakes. I admit I was late by 20 mins to the appointment but the person sitting on the front desk was talking in such an arrogant and rude manner. Not helpful at all.Asked me to get the wheel lock nut which I wasnt sure where it was in the car as I had recently purchased the car. He couldn't care to get off his chair to help me. He asked me to rebook the appointment. Eventually found the lock nut which was in the standard loaction in the car where one (at least a professional) would expect it to be. Took the car again next week and the same story repeats. The person does not have any people skills at all and extremely rude behaviour as if they were doing the service and brakes for free. Decided not to go ahead with the job at this place. Never ever using this garage.This person shouldnt be sitting at the front desk in my opinion.

Super helpful staff and very quick. Walked in without an appointment and they were kind enough to check the issue with my car and also fixed it on the same day!!

Kindhearted people....I thought i will need a new tyre however the workman kindly explained the reason for the flat tyre....having been away for 3 weeks without usage. He advised his colleague to inflat, he did and he also checked the tyre all round and 5 mins later I was done. Thank you ATS

Great team, great service. A few days later had what turned out to be a small stone trapped between disk and caliper, made a horrible noise.ATS guys took a look for me no hassle and confirmed all OK. Would highly recommend ATS Bracknell team.
