Hiya! I used to come to this gym with College Link every Tuesday to do my physical section for my DofE Silver, and I enjoyed every second of it.
Especially when it came to going there with my college group.
Everyone is friendly and helpful and It would always get Better every Tuesday.

Been coming here for years, but it is really run down these days. It does have it's perks (women's only section to think of 1), but the main issue I have with this place is the staff. As I say, I've been coming here a while but recently I've just not felt welcome. 50% of their staff are lovely, but the other 50% need to work on their people skills. I make every effort to smile, and so hello, and all I get in return is a grumpy face ignoring me. If they like you, you're good, if you dare complain about anything, your card is well and truly marked, which is sad. I don't want to leave but I feel so uncomfortable going in and out of there now, that I just may have too.
Management need to take heed of complaints and deal with them in a professional and courteous way, and show a bit more maturity than they have been doing.
Also to note, their car park is very draconian. Forget to put in your number plate and you will get £100 fine - be warned.

I actually thought this gym was ok. It was decent and didn't get too busy and the atmosphere was good. However I unfortunately have had a bad experience with the administration of the place which I can see is similar to a lot of other reviews.
I joined on a rolling contract because I like to be able to cancel when I feel like it and not be tied down. After a few months I decided I wanted a gym with more flexible hours and asked to cancel. I didn't mind paying an extra month but they insisted on me paying an extra 1 month and 30 days because I had gone over an extra day to cancel which I couldn't do on the correct day because of a website bug. I know other people who they just happily waived it off for them as a nice gesture, but for some reason they insisted on me paying 2 whole more months still.
Following a back and forth with what appears to be their legal member of staff they said it was ok to not pay the 2 months because of the website bug they had. Following from this they sent an email saying that my membership had been cancelled immediately with date given and access was lost.
A few months go past and I am now being sent invoices still for the extra month despite having an email saying that it was cancelled immediately and access revoked. I would have been fine just paying the following month however they made a great deal out of all of this despite me being a perfectly polite customer, they have been extremely petty and pedantic with their wording.
it seems as though others have had similar experiences so I would personally just try and find another low cost gym that will not try and wrangle you when you decide to cancel.

Couldn?t recommend Absolute fitness enough! My husband & myself have been members for 5 years now and we love everything about it - the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the price is very reasonable and the classes are fantastic! It?s not just a place to reach your fitness goals or get advice but it?s also a lovely community to be part of.

£15 joining fee I thinks a rip off for a below average gym. 3 stars because I like that it's not over crowded and Bracknell gyms seem to lack in free parking, which this has. Classes are poor. Took them over 4 months to repair the only leg extension machine they have. And opening hours are rubbish... Doesn't open until 8.30 on a Saturday!? Basically you pay average price well with joining fee above average price... For a below average gym. There's two staff members here that also need to get their attitudes checked out and try behave even the slightest bit professional.

Great atmosphere, always friendly staff around to help if needed, friendly members too, big free weights section, big functional area and the machines bit upstairs is diverse and spread out so it doesn?t feel too cramped (hinting at other gyms in the area), never too packed even at peak times like 5-7pm after work. Amazing classes, not too big numbers wise which means they?re more personal to each member and not difficult at all to book in, Overall a great place to train, highly recommend

Huge gym with tons of space for everyone. Well equipped and very good value for money. It even has a high percentage of genuine fit people with only the occasional head scarf refusing to adapt to UK culture.

I would just like to warn people about the awful experience I just had with KLR Massage Therapy - Bracknell inside absolutely fitness.
I?m pregnant and really sore as I have a physical job so booked myself what I hoped would be a nice treat. Cancelled other things to go. Booked a pregnant massage online, no where on there was there any mention of not being able to come before 16 weeks pregnant (I?m 15.5 weeks).
I arrived - Kim (I believe is her name) came out looking very grumpy and did not say hello just asked how many weeks pregnant I was. I answered her and she said she couldn?t see me as I had to be 16 weeks. I asked why that?s not online when I booked and she said well you booked through Treatwell that?s not my fault. I said it was up to her to make that clear before people book surely? She then changed her mind and said okay fine come in I?ll be gentle. I said but I?m really sore, and what are the risks that would make you want to wait until 16 weeks? She didn?t really answer but said I could come in or go she didn?t care. I told her she was being very rude and I?d cancelled my plans for this. She scoffed at me! I said I was very unimpressed and would leave a review about this, she laughed again and said fine leave a review - and walked off back into her office.
Shocked and appalled is an understatement.

I am happy that I have the opportunity to visit Absolutely fitness Bracknell.
Wow. Perfect. A place where you feel yourself. You improve the quality of government and I have never experienced such a wonderful human and friendly approach anywhere.
Music.. great possibilities for group exercise or in the comfort of individual improved bodybuilding. Water for refreshment, good air, exercise machines and exercise rooms, plus another cozy area just for girls and women.
The entry price is very attractive, unrivaled in comparison with how everyone can improve their health, appearance, but also their feeling and life.
It is the best DECISION

I started this gym a few months back, unsure on what to do to help me bring back my confidence and lose weight. I can?t recommend the staff enough for helping me achieve this, they are so helpful and make the experience fun! I love the classes so much. Thank you for being a wonderful team.
