VERY BAD STAY!!
Upon arrival, my friend and I had to switch rooms immediately due to a strong, unpleasant odour, which was already inconvenient. The next day, I left my clear dental retainers next to the bed, but they were removed by housekeeping and never found. When I reported this, the staff were either unable to understand the urgency due to a language barrier or dismissive, suggesting I had misplaced them myself. Despite searching with staff, the retainers were not recovered, causing me stress and financial loss since replacements are costly. I felt unsupported and that the staff showed no accountability. To make matters worse, they later emailed me stating the investigation found no fault on their part and refused to take any responsibility. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic respect and care for their belongings.

service with a smile, booked 1 night to stay after reading festival and was lovely. we had a peaceful and comfortable sleep, nice warm shower and the location itself is surprisingly quiet considering the hotels location. overall i have no complaints 10/10.

Obscene extortionate prices being charged to stay at this Travelodge over £100 a night management don't care one bit being fleeced big time and I know it don't stay here even if you have to just save your money and go somewhere else.

Booked two as I was travelling with my son, booked seven days our rooms were never cleaned. Requested the room's to be cleaned but nothing happened. Was a nightmare.

The room was clean and getting checked in was good the all the staff we met was lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was nice but my room was on the road side was noisy so couldn't have my windows open

Clean, mostly quiet. Expect nothing else and you will be fine. London about 1.5 hrs by train, depending where u want to go. bracknell itself is nice and green

We were welcomed by a warm welcoming gentleman called Rohan, extremely polite and friendly, he wished us happy stay and he also added if we needed anything as well as extra pillows, towels, soap, anything at all just let him know, our 2 days stay was great , the place was spotless clean , beautiful bathroom and bedroom, with soft pure cotton, we were really impressed. Would recommend it any one with all classes.

None of the rooms had nets in, so as our disabled room was road facing, for privacy we had to keep the curtains drawn. It was VERY noisy from the road too.
The room and bathroom seemed fairly clean, however, the toilet doesn't ever seem to have seen a brush under the rim and it was caked in black mold.
Children were allowed to use the corridor as a race track until late.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and polite.
