Approved used - don't believe what you are told!Having bought an "approved used" car in late August early September it has been back numerous times getting faults fixed it should never have had. Some can be put down to bad luck, others like being sold with a clutch worn down to the rivets, cracked brake lights etc are less excusable and were obvious from day one when delivered. They were also extremely reluctant to resolve these matters until I escalated them.The 3 stars is because despite the issues we had, James in service dept has been very helpful getting the car booked in and arranging courtesy cars etc. but these things never should have happened.Don't fall for the "car can't be test driven as it's unprepared but don't worry it will be delivered in great working order" that we did.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Toyota Jemca Bracknell. I got a warm and friendly reception. Sam who looked after me during my experience was very helpful with my enquiries regarding a car I was interested in. He was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Toyota Jemca Bracknell as this was the best service / experience I've had from a car dealer. Keep up the good work :)

I just brought an used car from Jemca Bracknell with assistance from Paul and Pawel. Wonderful and pleasant experience ! Paul is nice guy while Pawel keep patience to explain details. It is worthy going there despite a long journey from Esher and number of closer dealer options.

Called up today for a service quotation for my wife?s car. Spoke to a gentleman who quite frankly just did not have a clue what was going on! Gave him reg number 3 times then after he asks is it a Toyota or Lexus! He then went on to tell me the intermediate service for not include an oil or filter change and is just a visual examination of the components of the car! I mean being in the motor trade I have never heard of a service with any manufacturer that doesn?t at the very least involve an oil and filter change!! A total waste of time

this is my third Toyota Avensis then Auris and now Yaris but never buying Toyota again because of really bad experience first with Reading branch and now Brecknell.I'm trying to get a quote for some body work from July. First time I called I was told by the rude lady on the phone that they don't open on Saturday so I should bring my car on a weekday so a quote can be given ( Mid July) I informed her I work fulltime cannot do weekday and I am sure it opens on Saturday to which she responds 'brilliant see you on a weekday!'I called again this time was lucky to go directly to bodyshop and they said they do open on Saturday. took my car there was a lady on the shop floor who informed bodyshop I was here, another gentleman offered drink to my son ( There are some nice people there ) Bodyshop person came took pictures etc took my details. No quote for a week or ever, then I went on a holiday, came back towards the end of august August contacted again, call went to Toyota Croydon. They were fab trying to find my record, called me back to get more info at that point we realised there is problems with phones and my call went to Croydon branch by mistake. they suggested call back the number in the afternoon again , called back went to Bracknell. Lady who picked up kept talking to a colleague I kept saying hello ... and then line gets disconnected. Later I called again and asked for the quote and she took my details ( last Tuesday ) I said btw your phoneline.... she cuts me in the middle and curtly says we know there is problem with internet. What's with rude front line staff at this organisation? Called again today said I still don't have quote, no apology for delay or anything I am informed he is doing quotes today took details again no apology nothing. No one informed me that quotes take 6 to 8 weeks! I may get a quote today or may not but I have decided to sell the car and buy something where I don't have to beg for decent service when I am ready to pay premium as didn't want to go to unauthorised vendors.Oh and Reading branch issue was resolved when senior mangers were involved who were genuinely seemed to understand that the service provided was not up to Toyota standards.

I visited this dealership today and fell in love with one of the cars at the front.. Unfortunately instead of enquiring further we got horrible stares from your staff members from inside as we looked around the courtyard. Not once did anybody come out to ask if we required any help? Yes, we might not have been dressed in ways that scream we have money but that doesn?t give your staff an excuse to treat us as any less???we were very interested in that car but instead got given dirty looks so instead we?re taking our money and looking elsewhere,do better toyota bracknell x

Really impressed with the customer service from these guys when we turned up with problems with our six month old Toyota. The receptionist was so calm and friendly, contacting someone in after sales and the workshop to help. Chris from the workshop was so understanding and helpful, could not have been more professional. Very impressed and grateful

Great service from the team I only needed a key set for Toyota roof bars, I phoned and left my contact number and was called back within 20mins Gulnawaz was so helpful checking the item and finding the keys from the number I gave him.He then phoned to inform me they were ready for collection exactly when he had said they would be there.I had previously been into my own local Toyota dealership who couldn't find the same item!Thank you Ted Vass

Following a terrible experience buying a car at Jemca Reading last month, I contacted Jemca Bracknell. I want to give a shout out to Liam who arranged a trade in of the car I bought at Jemca Reading and replaced it with exactly what I wanted. Great customer service from Liam throughout the whole car swapping process. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
