Would give no stars if I could. Stress marks all over the machine which is 19 months old and they refuse to cover it under their warranty even though they haven't even seen the machine. Terrible customer service

So trying to buy an overpriced ? Thermomix what a load of rubbish the order system is. We need to have contact with a sales demo person we dont need this because we have used in France before and bought one for our son without all the fuss of another person.
