Staff were very friendly and service was great. Food was delicious and piping hot when served.
Would definitely go there again.

Called in to Jade at 1255 today asking for a table for two. A very surly waiter told me they close at 1400,I replied that 1 hour was enough. He showed us to a table set for one, dropped the menus on the table and walked off. The restaurant was completely empty so we went to the next table which was set for four, we were told in no uncertain terms that we couldn't sit there, when I pointed out the table offered was only for one he asked if we would like another chair brought. We left.
Their attitude fully explained why the restaurant was devoid of customers.

My one criticism is that noone talked us through the specials board. My squid was tender, lightly battered and tossed in deep fried garlic and chillies, so tasty. I ordered Tom Yam vermicelli, such an awesome bowl of lightly spiced broth with soft king prawns and a plethora of vermicelli.

New management. Now have some Malaysian dishes. Kenny front of house is a friendly smiley guy. Always a good experience.

We decided to have Chinese Take away tonight and from the moment we walked in it felt strange! No member of staff was smiling! When our order was ready, the woman that gave us our order couldn't get us out there fast enough! The when we got home to finally eat our order the taste of the food was just bland. We ordered two chicken Chow main, pad Thai king prawn, chicken gyoza and prawn crackers. Even more disappointing is the chicken gyoza. 5 pieces for £9.80 and the sauce was disgusting! All I can say is shame Sunninghill Cafe is not open in the evening. If you really want to taste what real noodles/gyoza taste like then go to Sun Cafe for sure. The Jade is definitely well over priced and no flavor to go with it!

We normally get takeaway from Jade on a regular for the last 5 years however the last two times we have ordered the Pad Thai and Thai Green Curry, it has been completly bland. Im not sure if the chef has changed or management but I feel my money has been wasted. So sorry but I will not be ordering again.

We use this for our takeaways only. The food is very good, and the service and speed also very good.However, the actually restaurant just has no atmosphere, which is a real shame.

Less than good. Small portions of rather bland tasting food. Over-priced for what it was. I have had far better.Disappointing?.this place used to be fantastic.

We had a lovely meal at the Jade Restaurant in Sunninghill which is under new management. Kenny looked after us really well. The Nasi goreng with the stuffed aubergine with minced prawns in black bean sauce was excellent.Keep an eye out for Chinese new year at the Jade from 9 Feb 24 - there could well be some new dishes on the menu.

Heard mixed reviews from friends and family some say fantastic some say not so. Unfortunately my visit was a disappointment the food was less to say somewhat awful and tasteless. Although the service was lovely - it was early in the week so was empty. Sorry!!!

The service is was beyond horrible and the quality of food was extremely poor. The restaurant is always empty for reason! Go someplace else! The manager is Call max chew.
