Staff always helpful and store is spotless , I?m local And in there everyday at least once and have never had a single issue ?.

Lately staff has changed and clearly lack of basic knowledge of food health and safety. I cannot get my coffee done by someone who keep touching hair and beard and then does coffees or handles food. You would expect better standards especially for an area like Ascot. Also the coffee taste bad comparing the average Starbucks coffee you get in other stores. Plus one of the staff regularly doesn't wear the apron and use the phone behind the counter.

Despite previous written complaint regarding this Starbucks cleaness, it remains the same. Just look up air conditioner unit on ceiling, it?s disgusting. Also bad smell in the store, bad coffee and service.

Unimpressed with the cleanliness. Three free tables in the window filthy. Two out of four tables free tables by the counter dirty. Not a standard of cleanliness that anyone would want to spend a peaceful coffee in.

Apologies, but that's not coffee, taste as the water that comes after the coffee machine got cleaned up?.

I always come here to have my frappe.Today I ordered choco frappe with 3 little ones and one customer shouted at me and said to shut up my kids.Then one of the staff who's in her 40s came and said also the same thing.I felt discriminated maybe because I'm Asian. THE MANAGER who was there didn't do anything about it.I will never comeback and order again.

I hope to update with the 5 stars it has always deserved..**Update**things have improved and it seems there has been adjustments made to bring the standards back to where they have been previously.I have been a regular at this particular Starbucks for the past three years, visiting almost daily and sometimes even twice a day. Historically, the standout aspect of this location has been its remarkable staff. They've always been both exceptionally cheerful and highly efficient, making each visit a pleasure.However, I've noticed a noticeable decline in the staff's enthusiasm and the overall speed and efficiency of service over the past few weeks. I'm not certain if this change is due to new management or other internal shifts, but the difference is palpable.I truly hope this is just a temporary hiccup and that some adjustments can be made to bring back the high standards of service that I've come to know and love at this Starbucks. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

No cake in delivery when delivered
