Brilliant food and service. Just what I was expecting from a good Pizza Express. Worth booking a table beforehand, especially if it's a typically busy time, and there isn't much in the way of accessibility for wheelchair users.

It?s a Pizza Express so does everything in a simple, solid fashion. Staff were very welcoming and dealt with a child-filled lunchtime session very well.Kid-friendliness: Gave our toddler an activity sheet and some crayons, generally very accommodating of kids all around

We?ve had a shocking experience with this restaurant. Incorrect orders, incomplete orders, poor customer service, lack of takeaway cutlery, and cold food. The quality and conduct of this branch was not worth the Pizza Express label, today.We have had some lovely experiences eating in, especially with the children. Today was not their finest moment.

Came here last Friday late afternoon, food was very tasty - they now have half and half pizzas on the menu in the larger 'Romana' size, which is great. Went for the American Hot/Pollo Forza 'half and half' which arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty. There were also no complaints from any others in my party regarding the food. The wait staff were very attentive too and friendly. Only issue we had was we ended up getting sat in the higher level at the back, which it feels like they reserve for the families with younger kids. Of course I understand that kids are noisy (having been through this age with two myself) however some of them were out of control to the point where the waitress had to ask some of them to stop running around and hitting each other with balloons ( the parent was not intervening!). We did ask to move but were reassured that the tables were soon finishing.. so decided to go with it. Probably a bit unfair to take a mark of the restaurant for this, but they did decide to put us in amongst these tables. So, overall, we had a good experience, slightly marred by where we were sat, so if you dont have very young children and want a more peaceful meal, try to avoid the very back part of the restaurant!!

Friendly staff and were good with our kids of 3 and 9. You always know what you're going to get with a Pizza Express. Food was ok but split level building might be a problem for some.

Went for a big family meal (10 of us) at Pizza express in Sunningdale as it suits everyone from the 5 year old to grandparents. We don?t expect much from pizza express except consistency but the pizzas were absolutely delicious, hot and perfectly made. Writing the review mainly because the staff could not have been kinder to my Dad who has dementia. They were so patient (girl with a long dark ponytail!) I was really touched.
