Visited on a Friday lunchtime, the staff were very friendly and polite the food was fantastic.
Parking: There is a carpark behind the shops opposite to Pizza Express which is free of charge for 3hrs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is at the back of the restaurant.

We love visiting the Sunningdale branch every now and then because we enjoy the atmosphere and always know what we will get with the food. My only comment is that during our last visit, we were originally placed on the tables right next to a drink prepping station. Our server instantly recognised we were unsure about where we were sat and moved us as soon as he could. This then sparked a conversation between me and my husband about the layout of the restaurant and think some things could be better. In addition, we think a designated meet and greet area that isn't amongst the tables would be beneficial as we kept finding people lingering near us who were waiting to be seated.

Got given a gift voucher. Can?t redeem with online payment, yet you can?t call the store to order as they never pick up the phone. So without dine in, it?s useless unless you want to walk into the store, order there and wait 30 mins for them to prepare the food.
I ordered the food online for collection, arrived at the store 10 minutes before my collection time and the food was ready, waiting and cold.
This doesn?t even mention the fraud ingredients they use like supermarket pre cooked chicken on their pizzas.
Couldn?t rate this place or any pizza express any lower. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

Do you think people won?t notice you?re lobbing bottom tier precooked supermarket chicken in dishes?? And don?t try to argue your way out of this. Your chicken ingredients on your website have the same as a cooked chicken pack, including sugar, dextrose and cornstarch. How on earth is this disgusting food even allowed to be served in a ?restaurant??
My EXPENSIVE pasta was literally a disgrace, and despite the high amount of calories also managed to taste unbelievably bland.
Not to mention the overall customer service experience. You can?t even CALL this place, they?ll put you straight through to a booking bot every time without fail

We walked in on Christmas Eve with no booking and they were fully booked. Mo found us a solution served us brilliantly and we are very grateful. Can do attitude is rewarded with a five star review

What a shame. We got placed on a table that seemed to form part of the kitchen, worktops with various ingredients, bits and pieces all within reach. A very uncomfortable situation to enjoy a meal. But worse than this was whom I can only assume was the manager, as he wasn?t in the usual Pizza Express uniform, instead he had very ill fitting trousers that revealed his bright red Calvin?s, that were on show every time he bent down or climbed the stairs, sometimes even revealing a lovely bum crack. A view not helped by the 30+ minutes wait between the starter and pizza.
Not the best experience we?ve had in a Pizza Express in the last 30 years or so!
Other than the above the food was up to the usual very high standards that we?ve come to expect from Pizza Express

Beautiful location for this restaurant unfortunately parking can be a challenge as there are No parking outside restaurant, but you can park 100 yards beside the wine store. The restaurant is a split level with a choice of stalls and high tables, then next level the usual style comfy bench seats and chairs, compared to other Pizza Express this restaurant has a charming atmosphere, with open kitchen to experience the fresh smell of pizza. The food is of good quality and chose to eat here due to our bad experience in Woking. The desserts are nothing really special are already made, but we did enjoy.
The service is smooth and friendly and overall best Pizza Express we been to so far. Lots of places to visit when there so you can make it great day out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a suitable restaurant for wheelchair due to the split level design the bottom tier has high tables and chairs

We?ve been coming here for years and last came about a year ago . Have never seen the restaurant in such bad shape. An old fridge in the lobby , litter, food on the floor

We had dinner for two one Friday night here.
Menu is very much Pizza orientated as you would expect, with 4 or 5 pasta dishes and 4 or.5 sales.
We had the garlic bread with Mozzerella to start which was really nice, lots of garlic and cheese.
For main We had the Chicken with Pesto Pasta. Vlwhile nice it was very oily and no offer of parmigiana cheese.
Service was fine but items like no wine cooler or ice bucket for a bottle of white wine just let it down.
