We have recently purchased a property in Ascot and were supported initially by Kyle Rowland with viewings before being passed across to Pam to support with the purchase itself. Kyle is really lovely, very down to earth and makes you feel as though he really cares about your family and finding the right home. Pam was incredibly responsive and answered any queries we had within an hour. She also became a great contact for info regarding the sellers position throughout the sale process, something which our solicitor didn't do! I had a very positive experience with Elle Harcup who assisted me with 2 viewings recently in Ascot. She was so helpful and friendly. Her manner, her attitude and just general desire to help was welcomed and refreshing.She took the time to really understand what i was looking for in a property and was a fountain if knowledge for the local schools and area.This was my first time dealing with OH and it was Elle who gave me a fantastic first impression.

But, I must say that dealing with Tina Spence was so refreshing.Tina was an absolute delight to work with. 10/10 - Really positive experience, as Osborne Heath has provided the highest quality service, and have shown genuine interest in helping us in our move from overseas, not only helping us find the perfect property, but also advising us during all the referencing and leasing process. Worth mentioning Sophia Picton, who despite her youth has acted with the highest professional standards, being proactive and efficient in solving every issue that came up.

She went above and beyond to help my family and I, having been let down last minute by another Agent, Sophia secured a let for us in under a week. After a collapsed property purchase with another company, where the sales progression dept was very slow in responding, it was wonderful to work with Pam at Osbourne Heath. She is super efficient, nice with it and very calm and patient and straight on it when there was a hiccup. Also, Sophie, who showed me the property three times, was so lovely, met me at short notice, and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Osborne Heath - we got the purchase through in six weeks!
