An exceptional practice. I visited the practice today with my mother. I was greeting by a friendly receptionist on the phone who went out of her way so I could have advice on the phone by the optician. We were fitted in for an emergency appointment by the optician, who conducted a thorough examination. She was just excellent and I am so impressed at the practice. Highly recommend!

I visited Norman Prince in order to buy new glasses. Val was the dispensing optician who dealt with me and I cannot speak too highly of her. She arranged a selection for me to try. But it is the fitting that has impressed me most. Val adjusted the new spectacles so well that I have had very few issues which I normally experience when I wear new glasses. Her attention to detail has been so brilliant. Thank you. I shall return for a full service next time.

Such a brilliant opticians which I'd highly recommend. I had a great experience here after a terrible one at an opticians in Sunninghill.The girls in Norman Prince Ascot are so friendly and Hayley, who booked my appointments, was really helpful and got back to me quickly. Yvonne the optician was able to cure my dry eye problem after over a year of suffering/no effective treatment from the other opticians.Overall I received a professional and extremely helpful service and had a really nice experience thanks to the friendly and polite team.Thank you! I'll be back soon for my check up appointment.

I was on a day trip to Ascot when I had an issue with one of my contact lenses, after phoning a few opticians who would not help me, I called Norman Prince and they were so helpful, locating a lense to fit my prescription and allowing me to drop in and swap mine over, very helpful and friendly.
