Handelsbanken Ascot has had great staff over the years, however the new manager, Kevin Heppell, never returns phone calls and is frankly off handed. He even takes months to answer questions from his own staff. He does not reflect the normal Handelsbanken attitude. I was advised by a professional advisor, when Kevin started at the Branch, to move my accounts to the Reading Branch, I regret I did not take this advice.
