Another disappointing effort from Domino?s Sunningdale as a promised delivery time of 35 mins became 56 mins and according to the app the pizza spent about 20 mins in quality checking. Maybe this level of quality anssurance included dimensional checks with a caliper.
The delivery driver was very friendly though.

Terribly disappointed with the food. Ordered from here after many years yesterday. The pizza was tasteless and worst of all the chips were not cooked enough and seemed stale. Disappointed because 4 years ago they used to be good.

Ordered for two on a Saturday night when we could not be bothered to cook.
Order process was easy as the app remembered our last order, so just hit buy again.
The Tracker worked well and seems to have been improved.
The food was delivered by a lovely lady who was very pleasant.
The food was hot and exactly what we ordered and expected.

I ordered a pizza for collection. Upon arriving to collect I was presented with a pizza without any garlic dip in the box. I asked if I could have some garlic dip I was told they had run out. I said okay, but I was expecting a garlic dip. Can I have some free dip? (One of the larger one) I was told they can?t do that. I asked to speak to the manager I was told I was already speaking to the manager. (Norbert) He refused to move from his position, despite the fact that I?d paid for dip. Pizza is pizza but the management is fantastic ?
It?s warming seeing the Dominos team in store keeping up morale and pleasantly serve customers.
That store manager Norbert I see regularly making sure everything is running smoothly and everything is correct, the man could be in three places at once and still have time to chat and exchange pleasantries.
I came for the pizza but I stayed for the team.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front has a ramp, door is heavy?ish otherwise staff will help

Ridiculously poor branch with an arrogant manager. Two out of the last three deliveries were missing items but told ?we?re only human? when complained and told a refund will take up to 5 days. When you order just a pizza and a drink, it?s not hard to expect two items rather then just one:
Drivers regularly got lost despite very clear instructions and the house being in Google maps but can?t give verbal instructions as, at the driver?s own admittance, their English is poor.
Really needs new management to get it on track as used to be good but ?Norbert? lets the Dominos brand down badly.

I am a big fan of Dominos and I order from Various dominos store across the UK. But this branch has always disappointed me. Whenever I called them regarding the quality issues every time they just refused to give a resolution. Better to avoid this store for ordering.

You can order, receive a message - Everything is ready. Take it away.But when you come to pick it up, you will wait for another 10 minutes ... maybe more ??????

Just passing by and the decision to stop and buy one arrived. Eyes weren't very good to order but retained a good level of calmness. Friendly staff atmosphere. Placed my no probs got my pizza.

Awful. This franchise is rude, stressed and ultimately unprofessional. The manager behaves in a way unbefitting to this franchise. Do not use.
