Staff are amazing and work so hard under pressure. I Hope this is recognised by the owner as its not an easy job sometimes and they deserve some credit for rude customers and busy times. Excellent store all round.

Was the first customer of the day yesterday, greeted warmly and served a beautifully made hot chocolate with marshmallows. Wonderful service, thank you ladies.
