Very friendly staff and helpful

Why does it take boots in Ascot to ALWAYS take 48 hours to get prescriptions ready?
If they are that busy then it must be fairly profitable, so why not give it a facelift and put products on the shelves and get some friendly permanent staff.
Most staff except one are unfriendly and unhelpful, and change by the week.
If the branch is not profitable why do they not shut it down and let?s have an independent chemist take over.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy. Walked in to get some medicine ( not prescription). The staff looked at me and turned around, completely ignoring me. There were no other customers and the staff were busy gossiping, not working. Waited for a while, then walked out and took my business elsewhere. I will not be returning, ever.

If you get medication from here check and question them. They gave me wrong dosage and blame pharmacist offered no support called to cover up there mistake. Try even coed to ask how I was getting with medication never had anyone cal me.
Caused side effects further issues in blood tests they don?t care about people just not bothered. Mistakes can cost lives.
Locum pharmacist Kiran sharma should be struck off as pharmacist.

By far the worst Boots pharmacy I?ve been to. I needed an emergency prescription for my medication, as I left it at home and wouldn?t be there for several days. I explained I completed the 111 form. After a series of patronising questions where I had to keep repeating the same answers, the pharmacist went to find my record using my NHS number. She came back, quite accusatory, suggesting that I?d never taken what I was asking for. I had to show her my NHS app for her to believe me. She noticed when I was last prescribed it on my app, and asked why am I asking for more. It was clear she hadn?t listened to word I said, so I had to explain again, that I have a prescription at home and I am not home for days hence why I am asking for an emergency prescription. She reluctantly got me the prescription I needed. I?m anaemic which doesn?t help with brain fog, so I?ve had a couple of instances where I?ve needed to request emergency medication from Boots. Every other branch I?ve gone to they?ve done it with care and professionalism, this one was just a shambles and I will try my upmost not to return!

I called twice, 30 minutes before closing & the staff did not answer the phone. Arriving slightly before they officially close, I was told the pharmacist had gone home and I would have to come back tomorrow. The staff would not even tell me if my prescription was ready to collect.

I didn?t need to go in the shop, looking through the window for two weeks there is a rubbish bin overflowing plus rubbish on the floor, this shop is a disgrace.

The worse pharmacy. They never have prescriptions ready, always make you come back the next day or even the following day, customer service aren't great, and they still haven't got a wheelchair access.

Just awful. Dirty. Always empty shelves. Queues. Pleasant staff otherwise would have been 1 star.

This store is a train smash in terms of service. Have been in the store for 90 mins (still here) - was first in the queue. Four members of staff - all behind dispensary. Queue 10 deep most of whom don?t need prescriptions, yet no-one at till. There is absolutely no system, they deal with customers based on who shouts loudest. This branch should be closed permanently - it?s been like this for months

The slowest and most inefficient serving process I have seen. 2 members of staff creating prescriptions, one server and someone hoovering the shelves. When a customer in the 10 person line asked if someone else could serve, the main manager said "we are all doing our jobs they will just have to wait". No concept of prioritising and deprioritising tasks.I waited 45 mins for them to not have the prescription my GP sent 6 hours ago. Seems to be a recurring theme.

Incompetent staffNot sure who is training these people but they are definitely unable to run this branch in Ascot High street

Appalling service. It used to be very good. I've now been waiting an hour having already waited 40 minutes yesterday. No customer service 8 people waitingLeft at 4.35 having been told they didn't have my drug in stock in spite of being told yesterday they were ordering.I took my prescription drove to Day Lewis in Sunninghill 8 minutes away and had my prescription done within 10 minutes. Completely professional friendly service. The opposite of Boots in Ascot.

TLDR: Terrible service, stay away.I?m having to give this boots one star out of five just because there is no option to give negative stars. In fact, stay away from them. They lured me into getting my repeat prescriptions delivered here. And now I?m stuck with no knowledge as to where my prescriptions are. They don?t answer the call. I?ve tried over multiple occasions and different hours. They never answer the call.
