The rudest staff in the world. Boy beyond the counter ignored me until I spoke to him, then rolled his eyes and looked at me if I was a complete idiot for not knowing where the post office counter was despite there being the weighing scales & a post office sign as if it was next to their tills.
Will be avoiding this coop at every possible opportunity from now on.

Review for Co-op Stotfold
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Co-op in Stotfold. The staff were very rude, unhelpful, and seemed entirely miserable. It was evident they couldn?t be bothered to assist, and their attitude was unacceptable.
In particular, one older woman made the experience especially unpleasant. I was shopping with my son, who has special needs, and her behavior was appalling. She gave us evil looks, acted rudely, and completely ignored me when I asked for help. I mentioned that the card machine wasn?t working and that my Co-op membership card wouldn?t scan, but she just ignored me and processed the transaction without a word.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and far from the standard I expect from Co-op. I strongly recommend retraining your staff to improve their customer service skills and attitudes toward customers. A little kindness and understanding go a long way, especially when dealing with families or those needing assistance.
I will think twice before returning to this store.

Dear oh dear! considering this is the only supermarket, in now a large town what can I say, limited choice, rotten garlic that should never be on sale, rotten mushrooms , well past their best. For a town this size, this is a joke. We need a serious supermarket here, not something acting like a corner shop. No sweetcorn, no burgers and above all can be very expensive, actually dearer than Waitrose and M&S on a lot of items, Come on get real .

Has good range of produce but is let down by the staff. The older staff aren't very helpful, there is no one around to support the self service tills and the prices keep coming up on the tills wrong

Please sort out your staffing issues at the tills! Need assistance at the self check out, no one comes so I've had to leave things behind. Long queues form at cash tills during busy periods.
