I would give no stars if I could. Ignored when we walked in, sat at a table, waited, ignored again, ordered at the till as we were not given a menu, waited for 35 mins, before asking how long our breakfast would be. Lots of discussion behind till, then asked, did we place order, to which we said 'yes'. Nothing ordered, so asked for refund and left. There appears to be lack of staff and being too slow to serve people. Another customer got fed up waiting and walked out. Terrible service, can't review food as we didn't have any!

Rediculous, wait times rediculous! People giving up queueing. No greeting, no service, no menus. No acknowledgements of any one waiting. Allow 35 minutes to just order! Tea is aweful. Queues out the door is not a sign of good place. I am lost for words just how useless and incompetent the staff are. I cant tell you if the food is any good as we gave up and had a refund at the 35 minute mark!

Decided to give it a try near the end of my bike ride. Easy to park my bike in sight of my table, the breakfast, cake and coffee I ordered were very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Not the best place to sit outside (near a busy junction) but I will definitely return.

Food was perfectly acceptable, coffee was just... fine. The wait for the food though? Near on an hour and a half. So I can't recommend massively.

Absolutely dreadful. Over 1 hour waiting for a sandwich. 2 staff for 15 tables. Walked out after 70 minutes waiting and got a refund, Complete waste of time.
Can't comment on food, never got any! Could have going to Morrisons, gone home and made my own in 1/2 the time.. ridiculously poor management.
Maybe hire additional people if you know you are going to be busy?
