Delicious food good atmosphere. Our only criticism would be the young waiter who served us . We were the only customers at lunch time . It seemed like young fella didn?t want us there . He was distant and unfriendly. Myself coming from Turkey I expected maybe few words in Turkish . Although I spoke to him in Turkish he wasn?t interested in what I have to say . During ordering I asked if we could order a coban salata and only pointed out that they only do Greek salad . What made our lunch worthwhile was gentleman called ILKER . He came to give us our bill . He was chatty , friendly and polite. Only when he was there we felt welcomed .a friendly suggestion to owners please train your staff to be polite and friendly with customers . Great food, fast service and atmosphere is not enough .

The food is delicious and very authentic. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch and was surprised by how affordable it was.

Had a lovely experience here! The staff were warm and polite throughout, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I ordered a piña colada mocktail & it was delicious and refreshing, though it could have done with a slice of pineapple for that classic finishing touch. ? The food was well cooked, served hot, and the portion sizes were very generous. Great value for money, will definitely be coming back! Thank you x

First time ordering a takeaway from here and we were not disappointed. the portion sizes were incredible and the food was delicious. Quick delivery and friendly driver. We need to try dining in next. Simply divine

We love this restaurant, with authentic and delicious Turkish food. We like the simplicity and quiet of the decor and efficient, attentive service. I always start with cigar boreka, and we love the taste and succulence of the chicken kebabs. The yoghurt is super delicious, as is the Turkish pita bread and dips that they offer on the house at the start of the meal. My husband enjoys the Turkish beer. This immediately became our go-to regular lunch spot. There is lots of parking on the premises, another huge plus point.

Review
I ordered from The Airman Kitchen last night and am sad to say received extremely poor customer service.
I ordered online and the food arrived on time, except there was a dish missing. They delivered the missing dish super quick, even before we realised it wasn?t there. It was supposed to be an ?Izgara Kofte served in a rich tomato sauce? which are the exact words on the online menu. However, it was nothing like expected as there were no tomatoes in sight! When I called to say we had received the wrong dish i was told that it is in fact an Izgara Kofte despite there being no tomato sauce. When I questioned why it said that on the menu, he tried to tell me that it doesn?t say that on the paper menu to which I replied was irrelevant because I?d ordered online. He asked what I wanted to do about it, so I asked them to refund the £8 at which point he kept coming up with excuses about the fact it would never be served in a tomato sauce, the chef says? etc etc. so I asked to speak to the manager.
Whilst on the phone, the manager looked up the online menu and realised their mistake? but still wouldn?t give a refund!! Not only that, he continued to argue with me and give excuses about why it would traditionally never be served in a tomato sauce. Not being Turkish myself, I have no idea about how it should traditionally be served. Nor do I care. I read a menu and made my choice based on that. The food that arrived was NOT as described, therefore a refund should?ve been authorised instantly. Instead, I had a 10 minute argument which ended with me hanging up because I just couldn?t believe they were arguing so profusely about £8 from a £65 order!

Delicious food, a little on the expensive side but worth it if you can afford to eat out.
Scored down the atmosphere as the music was too loud, but we were under the speaker!!, so just had to raise my voice a bit louder than usual in a restaurant. Staff were so friendly and attentive, so happy to leave a good tip.

The main course arrived extremely late, I almost forgot what I ordered. Incorrect dishes supplied and some completely missed, will not be returning in a hurry. Prices also extortionate.
