A wonderful curry house.
It's a truly traditional place to go eat and I'm sure many people reading this review have ordered curry for takeaway but to actually sit down and eat is fantastic.
The food is perfect especially when you combine it with the value for money.

This is without a doubt the best Indian in the area by far! Having moved to Hitchin from London where there are many great Indian restaurants/takeaways, we were so happy to find one that exceeds them all.
Every dish we order is fantastic. The Saag Aloo is one of the best ever, as is the King Prawn Puri. The Chicken Khjana is out of this world as is the Mango Delight.
Please try it for yourself you will definitely not be disappointed. If you have any leftovers, they taste even better the next day!! Thankyou Clifton Cuisine ??

Had many brilliant meals here now. Whether it's takeaway or eat in, it has been great! Family from up north have also requested to go here when they come down, as they've also really enjoyed the food. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will keep going back for sure!

Vegetarian options: I enjoyed a tikka masala paneer curry it was so tasty I asked for a doggy bag to take it and the egg fried rice home. The portions are very generous so it was nice to be able to bring the left overs home for the next day. All the dishes were fantastic and the carrot chutney puree was amazing. If you haven't been you are missing out massively.

What a lovely find. Absolutely the best fish I?ve had at an Indian! Sea bass Delight, beautifully soft, garlicky and subtle, yet with some heat too. Chicken Bakhara also lovely, and we?ve never eaten such tasty lime pickle either! Lovely service and good prices. Also possible to order vegan.Vegetarian options: Vegan options available

The quality and taste of food is incredible, all freshly made. Very generous portions. The value was like no other place I have visited recently. We were treated very well and without warning, told them it was my sister's birthday and they brought her a present. Truly, above and beyond. Thank you so much for making it a lovely evening.

This is one of the finest Indian restaurants I've eaten food from. The service was exceptional and the food the best. I'd never had duck in a curry before but it was delicious and our roast lamb dish was superb, with no fat or gristle. Thank you, we will return.
