A group of four of us called in for lunch.
Plenty of parking. We were welcomed in a offered a choice of rooms to be seated.
All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Good choice of drinks and the food was fantastic.
We sat in the front seating area which was bright and good for watching the goings on in the town. There are back rooms that offered a quieter experience and plenty of covered garden areas.
We fully intend to return in the near future.

My groomsman party stayed at The Coach House the night before our wedding. They were all really pleased with their rooms which were modern, comfortable and clean. We really appreciated a late checkout being accommodated on a couple of the rooms to allow them to get ready before the ceremony.
They also had a great dinner and thought the food and staff were brilliant, so thank you!

We have just spent the weekend here along with many of our family as we were attending a wedding locally. What a brilliant place The Coach House is. Fabulous contemporary rooms and spotlessly clean. Lovely bar and great breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Sadly not the best Sunday roast. The chicken was over cooked & dry, it definitely wasn?t freshly sliced from a joint. Looked as if it had been cooked on a griddle with black stripes running through. The brisket was smoked otherwise quite tender, not a fan of smoked meat so this was not eaten either. The bill was adjusted to compensate for the disappointment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Sunday lunch was great, the beef brisket superb, deserts were also good. The service was attentive and friendly. Would recommend.

Family holiday meal. Had two tables - one for the kids. The 1hr 15minute wait for the kids meals to arrive was terrible. Then when they did arrive £10 per meal for a small serve of 4 nuggets resulted in all the kids (all under 10) wanting more food and we had to take them across the road to the co-op to get something to eat. They wanted dessert but the wait between courses was way too long to even entertain this.The brisket was fatty and unpleasant and a strong flavour that was not enjoyable.The beetroot starter was cold salad beetroot and not the anticipated warm roasted beetroot.The meal was disappointing, over priced and took a long time and then they added 10% service charge automatically to the two seperate tables (kids table and adults).The accommodation is really lovely and of a high standard but regrettably would not return for a meal.

I have stopped here a number of times with work in the last 12 months. Rooms are really good! Clean, warm and well appointed. The bathrooms are always spotlessly clean. The food on the restaurant is excellent and the range of bears in the bar is also very good. The staff are all really welcoming and now they also offer a cooked breakfast in the morning! Perfect!
