Not a bad place; the food was very nice, and the staff was friendly. This shop has been slightly cheaper than other fish and chip shops in the local area. It's a great local takeaway.

Heard it was good here, and yes the spuds and fish were. And well priced. I did ask to sit in however, but was then handed a wrapped bag. I said I wanted to sit down to eat (the place looked clean and tidy), but was told I didn't say that?? Maybe some misunderstanding, but sulkily shaking my bag out onto a plate, I was then subject to hearing me being muttered about whilst I ate. Shame as won't go there again. But have rated the food fairly

Prices getting higher and higher and portions getting smaller. Dont seem to sort out the regulars so we will be trying the other chippy in town for a while. Oh dont get vinigar on your chips it watered down

We came in and ordered a portion of chips and curry sauce. The lady who dealt with our order uttered 3 words in the whole time we were there: hi, open or wrapped. Without doubt, the rudest person I have seen in a long time in the area and really made the experience forgettable. Took the chips home; they were soggy, greasy and tasteless (no salt or vinegar requested). We shall not be darkening their doorway again.
