Have just been shopping here this evening. Long queues and only one person on the till. You should know that when people leave work they go shopping. We had to serve ourselves, not the first time that this has happened, the woman that we asked about putting a voucher through at the end,who we have seen before is so rude, she does not look at us and never talks, its so sad. Why are your staff not trained to speak and smile at the customers anymore, please treat people like human beings. We may not return.

The patience of a young lad while a middle aged Karen absolutely lost her mind at him over a toilet paper price being behind an offer price was unbelievable. Literally this women was losing it stating she lost 15 minutes of her time over this toilet paper price being wrong, shouting at him, taking pictures and absolutely losing it all over toilet paper ( I may add she spent atleast 15 minutes doing this) so she couldn't have been in a rush anyway. Just want to say incredible patience demonstrated and you still tried to help the lady. Well done lad, many would not have had the patience to deal with a karen like that.
