Strictly By Name, Strictly By Nature! They indeed supplied a High Sleeper Bunk at a competitive price. They also supplied half the wrong size and half the right size (small double frame instead of a double frame, but with double slats). They admitted their error, but refused to compensate me so I could buy a small double mattress. They also refused to send out the right slats speedily. They offered a 10 day lead time, or for me to dismantle and return the whole thing (it took half a day to assemble) for a refund. They said this was 'policy'. I asked for a goodwill gesture and they refused. They said they're a small business. Well, I'm a small individual! I asked for a CEO review and they stopped replying to my emails. I called them, and they have a policy of not providing phone support. So, in short, they *strictly* provide beds and bunks, not customer service, returns, etc.

Absolutely awful. Arrived in about 200 small parts. Assembly a 2 day job. It's becoming a joke. Not even the headboad was preassembled or any brackets on any pieces. Hundreds of dowels all to do individually. What a joke

The service was quick, professional and helpful, from choosing the bed on the website to the delivery driver messaging the night before to let us know a tough time and if there was any special needs.
We chose the bed because of they had a range of sizes so we could find one to fit the room. Assembling the bed was a bit trickier than IKEA, but the instructions were good and it is a nice sturdy bed.

I struggled to find a bed for my sons room which is smaller than average, but opted for a short bed and mattress from Simply Bunks and Beds which fits perfectly. The bed is good quality and was delivered within a few days - I would recommend!

We bought a high sleeper for our 11 year old as they are in our smallest room and wanted a desk ready for secondary school. We have been very happy with the Icarus 3ft high sleeper we bought from strictly bunks and beds. I initially found them on Amazon and kept an eye on the prices but then discovered they had a website with a 15% discount and more options. The one on Amazon came with a desk and chair which we didn?t want so buying direct was cheaper not just because of the discount. The bed is very solid, it took my husband 5 hours to put it up but it was worth it! We had to tighten things up after a couple of weeks as it had started to creak but we have had to do that with every bed we?ve owned and built ourselves. My son likes it as he can have a full size high backed office chair underneath and he?s also still short enough at the moment to sit up in bed too. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the bed. Please see the photos for the headroom under the bed and above; my son is about 5ft tall

We bought the Memphis high rise bed for our daughter?s room. There were lots of options so we were able to find a bed that fit her relatively small room and made it feel bigger at the same time. The craftsmanship of the bed itself was very good and it didn?t take particularly long to build, considering it?s a big thing! The man who delivered the bed was also very helpful over the phone and very friendly in person. My daughter loves her new bed and so do we.
