I'm often asked by companies to leave reviews and very rarely do however, My Next Car and particularly Mal deserve the effort of writing a review with 5 stars.As for car dealers, they are hands down the BEST I have ever had to deal with - kind, honest, responsive and a customer service 2nd to none.I probably purchased one of the cheapest cars they had in their catalogue however I have received SUPERB customer service from the moment I contacted them to even now, 10 months later when I've had a small issue come up with the car.Every customer clearly matters to them, regardless of what you're buying or how much you're spending.If My Next Car have a car that you want - rest assured you're buying from an honourable, caring dealer who will go out of their way to ensure you're happy.When myself or my wife are looking to get another car - My Next Car will be the 1st place we look and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

What an incredible service from Jamie, Ash and the lads. They gave me a great trade in price for my 435 BMW and it went towards a beautiful Mercedes GLC 43 they had at their extensive showroom even supplied a warranty and 7 days inurance too. Smooth transaction and completed same day. Would highly recommend these guys ?

Recently purchased a mini countryman JCW from here the staff are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with they also have selection of very nice cars to choose from. After I purchased my car a small fault occurred a case of unfortunate bad luck this dealership took ownership of the problem straight away and sorted the issue for us. This situation could have been extreemly stressful and worrying had we purchased elsewhere but these guys reassured us and looked after us from day 1 communication and after sale support was fantastic throughout you have nothing to worry about with this place genuine nice people doing a great job. I've got every confidence in my recommendation these guys will look after you. I'd buy another car from here anyday its worth the 3 hour drive !

Having recently bought an Audi Q7 via Ash at MyNextCar I could not be more impressed. They offered the best value for my PX and made the whole process incredibly easy. My new car was arranged to be delivered to my home and it arrived in excellent condition. Ash made great communication throughout and made my experience 5 star. Even three weeks after purchase I was able to contact Ash with an issue and he assured I could have the invoice sent to the company and they paid it almost instantly. If I?m honest, this has been the best car buying experience I?ve had and I will be returning to Ash for my next vehicle. Thanks Ash and thanks My Next Car.

Couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. I purchased my car from them without visiting the showroom. They sent me all videos and photos I asked for, even did a video call which was very helpful. The car arrived exactly as described apart from 1 minor point which the team resolved immediately. Highly recommend.

My Next Car helped me to sell my VW Sharan, Overall a really positive experience, they got the job done and got me a better price than the "We Buy Anycar" types. The only thing I can fault them for is their communication, It wasn't bad, they always came back to me when I called but they could have been a little more proactive in letting me know what was going on during the whole process... but this is only a minor complaint.I would definitely use them again and I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Purchased a Mercedes EPC a week before Christmas. Never before have I purchased a car so far away from home, all done over the phone. Ash was my contact and was available to answer all questions I had. , offering a good price too, to secure the deal. Once payment had been made, the car was driven to the NorthWest just in time for Christmas, and our old car was collected. The driver who made the drop, was very professional and helpful, after a long drive he had the patience to wait whilst we looked over the car and test drive it. All in order, Ash very kindly took charge of the MOT digitally there and then. The service was impeccable. Since having the car we had slight issues with the tyres and with no hesitation My Next car agreed to cover the costs and made a payment to my bank within minutes of the discussion. Very impressed. Cannot recommend enough. Seemless transactions, easy process, very helpful and informative team. Thank you .
