Managed to get some last minute evening appointments with Charlotte and Becca for my mum and I and we had a really great experience from start to finish. Great cut and blow-dry, quality products, drinks were offered and they made sure we were happy with results. The ladies are really friendly. Free parking outside is a bonus. They were also helpful in checking ingredients in products for certain allergens for us. Will definitely be back to book some treatments. Thanks again!

I?ve been four or five times now and have always been happy with how my hairs been cut (and I?m very fussy!) They really listen and accommodate your requests as well as offering their expert advice. Great value too.

I can't even begin to explain just how amazing this salon and their staff are!! I had gone to a different salon a week prior to my visit at Friends and they had completely ruined my hair. All my ends were dead, the colouring and blending of my balayage was abysmal, and I didn't get a refund. I booked in with Charlotte at Friends in hopes she was able to save my hair as I was totally distraught and didn't have much faith. Now that my hair is all done I can't put into words just how amazed I am at the pure talent and customer service I received in Friends. When I arrived, Charlotte really took her time to talk to me about what the best options were for my hair and the colour I was looking for. She didn't rush and she reassured me throughout the whole process that she wasn't going to let me walk out until she and I were both happy with the results. My hair really did put everyone up to a challenge as there were so many different shades of blonde but they all put their heads together and managed to conjure up a plan that would cause my hair as least damage as possible. The salon itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. Such a lovely atmosphere to be in as all the ladies I spoke to were so kind and made me feel amazing. Id just like to say a huge thank you to Charlotte, Maise, Ellie, Abby and Amy for taking the time to fix my dreadful hair.. you all truly are heroes and you should all be so proud of yourselves !! Used this salon for the first time after only booking the day before. Took my mum for a trim, blow-dry and the girls accomodated me for a shampoo and protein shake (for hair). My mum's hair hair looked absolutely fabulous and she was delighted. The hairdresser was very knowledgeable, listened to my mum's needs.
