“Being a “nervous” patient, i find i don’t get anxious at all about my upcoming appointments now, the reception staff are so friendly & welcoming. Meeting the “new” hygienist for the first time & she is so lovely. I cannot fault this practice at all, glad to still be a patient after 20+ years”
