Absolutely amazing service and a great product. Recently fitted a full system to my '23 XSR900 and it looks and sounds fantastic, really impressed with the fitment and build quality. This is the second exhaust of theirs I've fitted as I did a system on my old GSX-S1000 that was just as decent so their QC is consistently good.
Unfortunately I've got a CEL come on after doing a couple of rides, but after contacting BW they're going to send out a replacement o2 sensor extension in case it's that. It may have been that I damaged the o2 sensor when fitting myself but I can't fault their customer service. It was working properly when I checked mid way through fitment before I bolted everything up fully so I can't moan as it was probably something I've done. Will definitely recommend them to others as they're great value for the quality and sound fantastic (especially with no baffles ?). I really think it looks fantastic on the bike as well.

Very impressed. I could have spent over three times this much. I had my bike (GSXR1000 M0) mapped by pcr and it made a very respectable 195 RWHP in a very hot dyno room, on a very hot day. As an organization they are very helpful and have been incredibly generous with support and parts. Give them a chance. I?ve always bought Akrapovic but I honestly think this company provides a genuine alternative.

Firstly, thank you for helping me out, what you did was totally unexpected.
I purchased a nearly new Black Widow system from a private eBay seller and upon receiving it I noticed the mounting bolts / spacers where missing that come with the kit from new.
I contacted BW and explained what I was after and asked to buy the parts as they weren't listed singularly on the website.
Sophie from BW got back to me and after asking for my address etc sent me the nuts / bolts / spacers and washer completely free of charge which was a massive surprise to me as this had not been asked for as I said I'd happily pay for them, I hadn't even bought the BW exhaust system from them.
I know it maybe only a few bolts etc etc and probably doesn't cost BW hardly anything but the willingness to help out and send these items out free of charge is something you rarely see these days from any sort of company.
Thank you BW, you exhaust nows looks fantastic on my VFR.
If your looking for a good quality well priced exhaust you'd be silly to not take a look at Black Widow.

Suzuki v strom 800DE cost £150 ish. Sorry I totally in believing in an honest reviews. I have to say wicked sound to it both with the baffler in it nice expecting it then to be a silly sound but nope a little louder but you can still keep it quite if needed just outside outside your house until you really want to open it up, brilliant price.

7 days on after they received my return, sent tracked and photo of proof of return. still no sign of money being refunded in to my account after sending numerous emails. shambles of a company would avoid at all costs. also trying to say exhaust has scratches on even though it was never fitted and lay on the box until I could return it. Considering reading standards complaint to MY money back. AVOID!!!

Fitted full system to a 650cc quack , fitment was spot on , no need for any exhaust paste. Everything sat as it should , opted for OEM crush washers as herd bad things about ones supplied , also fitted new manifold bolts , 200mm short can option, went for a quick run and couldn't stop smiling, the sound is loud even with the killer in . But ain't that why we buy them . Lots of pops and bangs on deceleration once again big smiles. System is quite light and let's face it , it is a
budget System but for £300 for a full system I'm good with it. Loud pipes save lives

2nd set on my current zh2 again flawless
Unfortunately I managed to damage one of the header pipes and with one email and a phone call had the replacement pipe the very next day WHAT A GREAT SERVICE
