Food was good. Service is painfully slow.

Service was absolutely brutal. Checked in to Aqua Spa for a break/Spa day. The timings for our visit were 10:30 - 14:30 and included a breakfast platter. Turned up for breakfast in the Vitalé cafe and it was slow! Staff very rude and ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food - many other customers (that arrived after us)... read full comment

Very poor service. Told them no tip but this still included ‘discretionary’ service charge. Food was basic and did not live up to high price tag expectations. Service was very slow and with fundamental mistakes: another table’s starter delivered to our table and then drinks delivered after main, shouldn’t happen... read full comment
