See pic - this is apparently a ?medium? coffee. 2 of these cost me over £8. It?s officially cheaper to go to Starbucks. Coffee was ok, but it didn?t blow me away. Very disappointing. Staff friendly though. Park amazing and only saving grace was the free parking. You win some and lose some ?????

Nice outside place to eat and drink in Ampthill park. Does nice food and drinks and nice baked good and ice-cream. ?

We stopped for Breakfast after being told it was an hour's wait at another local place. It was far busier here and the food was ordered and served in 10 minutes. The feta, avocado toast was great. Others enjoyed the pancakes. Nice coffee also.

We recently visited The Coffee Lodge and were quite disappointed by our experience. We ordered the kids? pancakes with fruit and syrup, expecting something reasonably portioned and child-friendly. What arrived was a single, tiny scotch pancake?not what we had hoped for, especially at £4. To make matters worse, it was swarmed with wasps, making it impossible for our child to enjoy.
I politely asked if we could have two plain pancakes instead to stop the wasps ?was happy to pay ?but was told no. The only option was the one small plain pancake for the full price. The lack of flexibility and empathy from the staff was frustrating, especially given the circumstances.
While the location is nice, this visit really missed the mark in terms of value, service, and basic customer care. Unfortunately, we won?t be rushing back

Possibly the worst place I?ve ever eaten very little chose had a sausage baguette dry and one of the sausages wasn?t cooked properly still raw in the middle. And its called the coffee lodge and it was the smallest coffee I?ve ever had and it was just about warm would definitely not eat here again

Bacon Baguette had very over cooked bacon. Won?t be ordering from here again. Service was good and Coffee good, but food poor.

A nice spot for a coffee and some food in Ampthill park. A nice atmosphere with outdoor seating spread out around the cafe. Reasonably priced and quick service.

The Coffee Lodge is a regular stop for us on our morning dog walk around the lovely Ampthill Park. We have also had lunch here on several occasions and the food has been excellent. Free treats for the dogs too!

Had some great food, drinks, and back for ice creams later! Quick and friendly service, happy to apply some of my annoying requests. Very good all day breakfast, especially good link sausage - yum!
