Unfortunately our experience here was ruined by the absolute lack of ability to delivery any kind of customer service from the waitress. She was disinterested, rude and confrontational. She tried taking our order for drinks and food both at times when the full table were not present. The resteraunt does not consider customers dining with Children, serving small lightweight cups full to the top for toddlers, and the food leaves a little to be desired. Adding a service charge to the bill as standard in this restaurant is a bit much! Dine elsewhere whilst staying here? The staff at other restaurants are superior in comparison. To add, I did offer to give feedback in person when asking for the service charge to be removed but it seems there was no interest in hearing this and improving on what they offer.

Such a great meal here tonight. Food was so yummy! The staff were all very friendly too especially Sam and Carlos. What wonderful servers they are! Thank you both.

The service was utterly terrible and the food very mediocre. My daughters ?gluten free chicken burger? was just a slab of chicken without a bun, not a burger at all! Avoid.

Mass produced food. Robots taking over jobs yet again. The Big table group with all its other so called ?restaurants? continue to serve industrial food. And charge homemade prices

Nice setting but that?s the only positive thing, from our experience. Seriously overpriced (£5.80 for a small lemonade, mostly ice, with a few slices of citrus fruit!) and disappointing food. The starters were very average, kids meals were awful, burrito was ok. The other restaurant options at CP are definitely better than this place.

Went for a meal on Saturday evening, didn?t have a reservation beforehand. Meal was good and would recommend when visiting Woburn. Dessert for me is always the highlight of my meal and this one didn?t disappoint. Partner was pleased with Mixed Grill and I loved my nachos and salad. Teens were also pleased with their meals. The robot was a pleasant surprise.

Dined here on a Sunday evening. All staff were extremely friendly and the food was of great quality. They also have a robot which brings your food over and sings happy birthday which makes a great experience and is very futuristic. Our waitress Alison was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. The gentlemen manager whose name I didn?t get was also very welcoming and polite and both are a credit to the company. Would highly recommend this place when visiting centre parcs at Woburn and will certainly visit again in the future.
