I had a disappointing experience at this parlour regarding their laser treatment service. Despite being assured that the hair removal would be effective within 10 to 15 days, I found that the results were not as promised. When I reached out to inquire about the issue, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with hostility and told not to return to the parlour.She was proper shouting at me like a mad lady she has no idea how to talk to the customer. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would caution others considering this parlour to be wary of their promises and approach to customer care. Very unprofessional owner--

I have done Hydra facial twice there and really satisfied with the customer service they provide (Especially Simran and Mrunal). I have also done my semi permanent eyebrows and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some quality service which does not empty your pockets. My under arm laser sessions cause just 10 pounds per session because, I booked 4 sessions for 40 pounds when they announced an offer in August 2023. They charged me only 60 pounds for hydra facial when they provided an offer in February 2024. Must visit place in Luton if you are a person who loves pampering yourself.

Would not recommend for a lash lift. My lashes look no different. I wasn?t told of any aftercare instructions despite having my lashes done elsewhere in the past and usually they?re very informative. Cannot say the same for this place unfortunately. Would not go back.

Very unprofessional and unhygienic place. Please AVOID!!! I had a treatment a few months ago?Mangit is always asking so desperately the money before the treatment which means that if you don?t have satisfactory results you can?t get any refund at all. She?s obviously very money oriented rather than being passionate and professional about her job. Be aware that on offer she uses cheap products that doesn?t inform the clients? I had a really bad allergic reaction after the treatment and when I texted her she said that is normal which wasn?t because I did treatments many times in other salons. After that she didn?t even text me back to see how I feel. Pay more on other beauty salons for better results? don?t try the promotion as she?s using different products - Luton town centre branchFYI I forgot to say that she kept me in a small room for more than an hour and had my baby waiting with my husband outside the cold because I supposed to do around 20 minutes. Of course I couldn?t go because I already paid, soo disrespectful
