Today (5/08/2025) The lady who is call security she has all the rights to check the customer?s bags (without doing nothing just touched two items and move to next thing ) and treat them like thieves in front of other people?.. we have no rights to buy the things by taking it to the hands if we had another shopping bag in our hand she looking us like thief I don?t know who gave rights to treat people like this ? there are lots of shops inside the mall no any shops securities checking the bags while shopping .we can accept checking a bag if the security alarm sounds come while we come out from the store ?.. the security lady make me more uncomfortable for the first time in my life in a store the security treat me like a thief it?s not fair I was so stressed I can?t come out from this incident ??. Wilko don?t do this to anyone one else hereafter if the security alarm sounds then perfect check the people bags ?. Otherwise don?t play with an individual persons emotions it affects them a lot?.. I cried in front of all the people I can?t accept what she did to me ??

Love this place, lots of nice and useful things for home at excellent price. I travel for 1 hour to come here at Luton Wilko but it is worthy !!!

Wilko in The Mall Luton is a handy store for everyday essentials. They have a wide range of household items, cleaning products, DIY tools, and seasonal goods at affordable prices. The store is usually well-stocked and easy to navigate. Staff are generally helpful and checkout is fairly quick. Great for a quick stop when you need something practical!

I do think wilko has gone down hill since it closed then re opened I know several people who used to shop there regularly and now don't go in there at all.
