Absolutely first rate service from Wicks. Went in to buy a new cutting disc wasn?t sure what I was after. One of their associates was on hand I am sure he was Canadian or American and pointed out the one I needed for Porcelain / Tiles brilliant tile disc cut about 30 tiles 6mm thick. And still has loads left on it. May of cost a little bit more but I would recommend to anyone that needs help to speak to this guy. Absolute Star in my eyes ??

Standard Wickes store with a Toolstation nearby if any products are out of stock (same owners, different brands, similar lines of stock offered). Easy (free) parking and Wickes generally good on range of products offered and competitive pricing

First member of staff " what do you know about ventilation on a kitchen extractor "nothing came the reply tall bloke shaven head glasses good customer service there I think his name is lee disappointed by this found another member of staff brilliant just brilliant couldn't be more helpful answered all questions came up with a solution (trying to connect a kitchen extractor to ducting on top of cupboards) this member of staff is called jason he is from canada tall bloke glasses really nice polite professional courteous knows how to talk to people really impressed good customer service well done Jason

Visited around 11:30am today, and felt very unwelcome. Cashier was unnecessarily rude, slamming my items as she scans it. Totally blanked me as if I was a ghost without a thank you or anything. She summoned up the amount and because she was looking elsewhere I couldn?t hear her, so asked her again, to which she grunted miserably and repeated herself. I don?t understand the rude treatment. If she doesn?t like her job please sack her. She doesn?t get to treat customers this way.

Went in for some cement. Approached an elderly lady that was a staff there to ask which types of cement for outdoor brick wall and she told me ? how would I know, I?m not a builder!?!! What sort of a stupid answer is that? Shouldn?t staff have some form of product knowledge? She then walked me to the cement isle and told me to ask a customer as he?s regular there and has product knowledge.so I told her I don?t approach strangers and I approached her because she was a staff. Then she proceeded to say out loud again in front of this regular customer, that she isn?t a builder and I should ask him. What type of rubbish service is this? What is the point of floor staff without product knowledge? And she was so rude In Her response.
