Hospital staff nice parking is shocking. Way to make a stressful experience for nerve wracking tests and treatment even worse. Absolute joke the size of a tiny carpark for the size of hospital

I waited 5 months after a test to speak to a surgeon, and will wait up to another year foran appointment for outpatient surgery.I took a taxi because it is very difficult to find parking, and if you were tomiss your appointmentThe staff are good and courteous, but the NHS is on its knees. It needs a huge infusion of capital to fix the NHS problems

Had emergency appendix surgery.Cannot say enough for the wonderful staff. The nurses and doctors work so hard. Food was actually pretty good .The worst thing were some of the rude and ungrateful patients who treat it like a hotel.

Very rude reception staff. None of them can be bothered to even be polite let alone kind. Accident and Emergency is a joke even when you are brought in by ambulance. Avoid if you possibly can it?s truly awful. I?m glad I don?t live in Dunstable or Luton. Much better in Scotland.

I had a positive experience with the Respiratory Medicine department at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. The receptionists and health care support staff were notably helpful, providing assistance and making the process smoother. The consultants were attentive, taking the time to listen to patients and ensuring a thorough understanding of their concerns. Overall, the staff's collaborative and supportive approach contributed to a positive experience in seeking respiratory care at this hospital.

Avoid at all cost they cancel your appointment arrange another appointment and because you're ill with COVID they refer you back to the doctors it is so sad how we are being treated

If I could give 0 stars would be the right one, waited for 7 hours with a 2 years old child to send us to the gp at end, very unprofessional and rude staff. Never ever to this hospital again.

My wife has an appointment today 26/01/24 at 2:50pm so I took her at 2 pm at the car park opposite the hospital but it was full up no where to park so I went to the other car parks in the hospital grounds and all full up I ended up driving to the front of the hospital and dropping her off which is very annoying, all this new buildings going up in the hospital and nowhere to park, what a shambles ?
