Superb! Had to get some emergency antibiotics. Not only is this chemist open until 9pm, but the fact whilst I was there they served 30+ customers efficiently, friendly, and quickly - shows that Luton Town has a valuable asset. Congratulations to all involved.

Just wanted to write what a brilliant service Wesbourne Pharmacy provided for me. I don't even live local anymore and was struggling to get hold of malaria tablets local to where I am and my sister suggested I get them from Westbourne pharmacy and that she would pick them up on my behalf. She contacted Paras at the pharmacy who said he would call me within an hour which he did. We went through all the necessary details and then he confirmed she could collect them on my behalf and put them aside for me.\\n\\nIn addition, I asked him if they had Duac (an acne cream) in stock, he confirmed he did and I told him how I've visited so many pharmacies for over 3 weeks and they've not had it in stock local to where I am. Paras was able to locate my prescription on the system and then confirmed I could also have my sister collect that on my behalf too.\\n\\nOverall brilliant service and Paras was great. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure he helped with all my queries.

Fantastic service provided by this young gent at the front for my PCR test, would 100% recommend to go to this pharmacy for 10/10 service for fit to fly test or even in general!!

Do not go if it?s urgent!!Simply just needed a rapid antigen test after suddenly needing to go to France for work. Was assured the results would be emailed to me like any other competent pharmacy has done when needing one of these and they forgot to send the email! So close to closing time I couldn?t ring until the next day after I missed my train having not the right docs, and even then I had to ring 10 time until they finally picked up. Ruined my journey entirely. Absolute omnishambles.

Wanted to give an extra shout out to the lovely girl who assisted me with my antigen test (unfortunately I didn?t catch her name) She was professional and courteous and made the process so easy. I had my results emailed to me within the hour. Highly recommend

Very bad service, I did fit to fly test there, the result supposed to be the same day, unfortunately, I didn't receive any results and lab test didn't even get a sample from them, I had to pay for another test on the airport 2h before the fly. Highly do NOT recommend this place!!!!!

Customer service from the staff is outstanding, from dealing with enquiries over the phone to being welcomed and assisted in the pharmacy. I really appreciated the staffs fabulous service especially the female customer assistant who went above and beyond for everyone and pharmacist Paras Maroo professionalism and reassurance when administering the vaccine. Looking forward to my next visit :).

I attended the pharmacy today on Bank Holiday whilst most pharmacies were shut. They had everything I was looking for and the staff were very friendly.
