They are very much found of stealing money. Yesterday partner bought stuff is very cheap quality now they are not refunding plus staff is very rude

This shop has a very freaky, weird and unconventional approach on their return goods policy. they accept the returns back from their customers but refund 50% only. if that is not stealing then l dont know. I'll be reporting them to trading standards then serve them with consumer act 15.

i was under pressure, to get these suit trousers for an event this weekend, the customer service, in what would normally take a few days, took a few hours to tailor the trousers and bring them to me. the assistance was beautiful and the aspiring architect that works in the store also kept me enticed with how much she understood about her business as i waited. what an experience.
