Always a good experience here. The staff are so helpful & friendly. On my last visit the optician was so helpful filling form I needed to be sent to the hospital.He was so knowledgeable about what was wrong with 1 of my eyes. This makes me so comfortable that they have people within the branch that can help you get the right prescription glasses. I would highly recommend.

After a whole month, my glasses still weren?t ready. First, a staff member made an error with the lenses. Then, when the correct lenses finally arrived, the machine for cutting them broke down. I received a message to pick them up, but when I went on Monday, I was told to return on Tuesday because the technician wasn?t working.
Today, I finally collected my glasses, only to realize the job was poorly done, one lens wasn?t properly attached, and the cuts were of very low quality. I paid for a premium service, wasted an entire month, and received substandard results. On top of that, I?ve spent more on parking and going back and forth than on the glasses themselves.
I definitely won?t be using this service again, and I cannot recommend it!

The customer service was excellent, and the optometrist was very thorough and professional. My only suggestion would be to ensure that prices are clearly displayed on all glasses, as customers sometimes move them around, which can cause confusion when selecting a pair. Carole

I had a bad fall and my varifocals took the brunt (glasses were badly bent and out of focus).
The young lady I saw was BRILLIANT !!!!
She straightened and repaired the glasses and they are just like new
