Chris from this branch had been super helpful. Ordered delivery of timbers and concrete blocks from this branch multiple times and Chris was always helpful and helped me to put the bulky items to a place that was convenient to me but definitely require him some walk and heavy lifting. I should have made a big order in one shot so a crane can be used but I had bad estimates on materials so had to order bit by bit hence there was a lot of lifting work for Chris to make the delivery. Much appreciated, thanks a lot!

Very good customer service I went there to look at a telescopic ladder and jack who works in the warehouse couldn't have been more helpful helpful got the ladder out checked the size see how far it will extend how much it will close down to how heavy what's the price brilliant bloke very impressed not pressured to buy it polite professional courteous I was very impressed with his knowledge about the product back at the counter a member of staff printed off the technical specification/instructions so i now have all the measurements for this ladder the brand is werner price is reasonable for size a telescopic ladder that extends to 3.2 metres for 187.00 good customer service and jack in the warehouse i was impressed with his customer service /knowledge of product polite professional courteous very helpful well done Travis Perkins Luton dallow road

Hired a compactor online 2 days before delivery.Confirmation email received and someone should be in touch with me in 24 hours to complete this hire process but didn?t happen.Equipment not delivered on time and contacted next day the delivery branch from the email that supposed to deliver the compactor,very rude lady answered the phone telling me she is not dealing with hire equipment and is not her problem!very rude and bad costumer service!

Excellent delivery and customer services, I ordered two large sheets of MDF my friend hadn`t arrived to help me get them to my flat on the 2nd floor. I have severe health issues so would have been a nightmare getting them up the stairs to my flat, But the driver was excellent a life saver helped me without me even asking him to get them to my flat door. So where I was going to secure them in the carpark until help arrived, I was able to get them into my flat great service.

Ordered item for delivery on the date shown at checkout and was delivered late. Also customer service closes same time as store opening times. Not a good service especially when have a trade account.

I came into Travis Perkins Luton to purchase some bricks I had a photo on my phone so I could buy the correct bricks my eyesight is not very good I wasn't sure which one's to choose to match what it wanted, I was served by a very polite man his name was Mo I just want to say this person was very professional and so very helpful. It was very clear to me that he realy enjoys his job and was very happy to help.
