Do not purchase Three SIM.Very very very bad service.They create problems so users come for support and once the support process starts, it never ends.I've been contacting support for more than one month. Still I can't solve the issue.

Coustomer service very poor. Manager was very rude, not professional for coustomer. I was upgraded my phone and I pay them upfront money £150 but they put upfront money £90 only and when I went home and I see this I was shocked I went to shop again and ask the manager he showing me I bye power bank but he?s staff didn?t mansion that he sell me power bank that cost £70 they sell their power bank forcefully and my monthly bill will be higher now. I decide to return the phone but manager he saying I have to contract with three helpline . This is not exemptable. That was there mistake, they want to stilling people money like this. I am very disappointed with Luton brunch. This manager should not be a manager he?s not proper sale man yet. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.

Went in as my wife's pixel was not doing what it was supposed to? Had to wait for a few minutes but when we got to the staff member it took him minutes sort out. Thankyou.

I asked them to help me recharge the balance, but they refused. Otherwise, you will have to wait a very long time.

been with theree for 2 years, I've been paying my respects and today I was at the Mall Luton branch I had a problem here my services were limited the internet didn't work nor did I call when I reported the problem they didn't help me they refused to help me I had to call the manager who I had to push to get me he helped solve my problem finally after an hour of haggling they issued me a new sim card! PLEASE READ THE MANAGER AND GET IN ORDER, HE PROBABLY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AT THE MALL LUTON BRANCH! MY CONTRACT IS ENDING IN 3 MONTHS AND I'M LEAVING SUCH DEALING IS BELOW THE LEVEL!!!

They use Indian cold calling company, who uses masked phone numbers (pretending to be local phone numbers). My maximum number of calls from 'Three' is 4 in a single day. This should be illegal.
