Brilliant product for gravel great deal as well. Brilliant customer service from when I walked in. I think I dealt with the floor manager and she dealt with me quickly and efficiently. Was very helpful. Will need 3 or 4 more bags so hopefully you will get more stock.

Massive variety of goods but a messy store as few staff to do everything
Pricing on shelves is confusing and often not accurate
Poor staffing levels , came for click and collect but no staff on tills or customer service as they had other tasks to do as well as serving customers
Member of staff chewing gum whilst serving on till not professional!
Signs advertising restaurant need taking down as no longer there
Shame as the store at Luton Point is very tidy and ex Wilko staff are very pleasant

The ship was in the middle of a changeover process for Halloween and Christmas goods and to be honest was in a bit of a pickle, also the tools were experiencing issues with barcodes, so was not the best customer experience. I hope they get things sorted out. The entrance way to the store from Dunstable Rd looks terrible and in desperate need of a revamp..

First time i went to shop with my family..unfortunately i m so disappointed with their service..staff is unprofessional..they put me waiting in till about 15mint...then starting service to others customers without our permission...lady supervisor she said she did not realized we are waiting for serve..two girls in till very unprofessional..they nver say sorry..i left all shopping in store.....very worse experiment in my life...nver go again..shame on all staff...

I shop regularly at the MK range and love it. I don't normally use this branch but have done a few times recently. I found it to be so chaotic, it was difficult to navagate and find what I wanted. There was stock and stuff everywhere blocking off sections. Pricing was all over the place, had to really match the shelf price to the product. The bulk items on the pallets didnt really have obvious prices. The shop was really hot too and I couldn't stay in there long. I left without buying anything and will continue to use other branches
